Abilities/Powers: Fire magic, swordskills, minor healing abilities
Personality: Stubborn, arrogant, and short-tempered. Although not exactly mean, he doesn't easily show compassion, unless it's towards kids. His personality is a little better when he's around Yuuri, though. Very devoted to his fiance.

H I S T O R Y

Wolfram is a Mazoku, a demon, from a world seperate fom Earth, in a nation called Shin Makoku. On Shin Makoku there is a war going on between humans and demons (and also between humans and the humans on the demon side.)

Wolfram is the youngest of three known sons born to Cecilie, the former Demon Queen of Shin Makoku. He is the half-brother of Conrart and Gwendal, Cecilie's other sons. He has great respect for Gwendal, who is full Demon (also known as Mazoku) but after learning that Conrart is half-human, Wolfram stubbornly refuses to acknowledge that they are brothers, even though initially they were good friends. Throughout the series Wolfram shows that he still cares for Conrart even if he isn't willing to openly admit it.

When Yuuri arrives from Earth to Shin Makoku to become the new Maoh (Demon King), Wolfram immediately dislikes him and even insults his lineage (Yuuri's mother being human), thus resulting in Yuuri slapping his cheek (Yuri would have punched, but felt that Wolfram's face was just a bit too pretty for that, so his instinct was to slap). However, on Shin Makoku slapping the left cheek means marriage proposal, since Yuuri doesn't realize this at first, he refuses to take back the slap when asked to by the others. Wolfram, angry as all hell, drops his dinner knife on the floor (tradition for declaring a duel) and Yuuri reflexively picks up the knife (tradition for accepting a duel). The duel is on. Wolfram is infuriated by Yuuri proposing to him and is determined to beat him and make him beg forgiveness. During the duel, however, Yuuri's true nature is revealed and the real Maoh appears, winning the duel against Wolfram.

From then on, Wolfram becomes obsessed with Yuuri and is completely attached to the idea of them being engaged. (This doesn't stop him from calling Yuuri a wimp whenever he gets the chance.) He even goes so far as to follow Yuuri around to make sure he isn't "unfaithful" and gets jealous and angry whenever Yuuri so much as talks to a pretty girl or attractive man. He also insists on sleeping in Yuuri's bed.

NOTE: This player is currenly watching the third season of Kyou Kara Maou, so Wolf's memories are very jumbled, even though he has all of them. They will not become FULLY unjumbled until Dai-chan manages to finish the third season. orz

[Trapped underground with growing coccoons that both believe will grow to be monsters planning on eating them, Wolfram takes the initiative to try and kill off what appears to be the "leader" by stabbing it inside a wound-like crack in the coccoon. Yuuri stops him at the last moment by clashing swords with Wolfram.]

Wolfram: (angrily) "What are you doing?!"

Yuuri: "Even if it's a monster, it's not in the spirit of fair play to take out an opponent while they're down."

Wolfram: "What?!"

Yuuri: "Anyway, it would be mean to kill it before it can even mature."

Wolfram: "You wimp. If we don't do something we'll be eaten by these guys!"

Yuuri: "Yeah, but they have a free life to live too, don't they? Maybe they'd like to fly around and visit faraway lands!"

Wolfram: "I've had enough of this." (moves forward)

Yuuri: (blocking him) "Don't!"

Wolfram: "Move!"

Yuuri: "I said don't!" (shoves Wolfram to the floor)

[Both stare at one another for a moment, then Wolfram sighs and gets up.]

Wolfram: "This must be some kind of joke. It's obvious that destroying the coccoon is our only chance of survival." (holds sword up)

Yuuri: "You can't! Killing an immobile foe would shame the name of warriors everywhere!"

Wolfram: "..Do you think that I'm only out to save myself? As a warrior, I have a duty to protect you. I must save your life even if it means endangering my own. Regardless of your will, as long as there is the possibility that this could take your life, I must kill it! Now stand aside."

Yuuri: "I can save my own life, okay?! So don't kill it!"

Wolfram: "Save your breath!"

Yuuri: "If-- if you insist on doing this... I know! Fight me!"

Wolfram: "..Are you serious?"

Yuuri: "Yeah, I'm serious!"

Wolfram: "Don't make me laugh!" (knocks Yuuri's sword out of his hand, aims his sword at Yuuri) "...Can't you understand that I love you?"

[Yuuri is about to fall off the side of a cliff, as he only has one arm to use to hold onto the edge. Just as he loses his grip and begins falling, Wolfram appears and takes hold of his hand.]

Wolfram: "I finally caught you."

Yuuri: (surprised) "Wolfram, what are you doing here?"

Wolfram: (lying) "Since you're such a flirt, I put a transmitter on you so I could track you down the world over... Come on, I'm lifting you up!"

Yuuri: "Are you sure? One false move and you'll fall, too."

Wolfram: (softly) "In that case, I'll fall with you."
